About Everglow
More Than an Accounting Firm
Everglow (everglow.au | 璀璨盛世) is an integrated accounting and financial planning group based in Sydney, with a team of 17 dedicated professionals. But the broader group extends well beyond traditional accounting.
The wider Everglow group includes a medical business with 60 doctors and 95 employees, a benevolent foundation, and active involvement in AI projects spanning accounting, tax, medical management, and data infrastructure.
For the right candidate, this means unusual exposure to regulated industries, multidisciplinary client work, and a business genuinely focused on systems, innovation, and long-term stewardship.

How Salary Reviews Work
Salary is reviewed every 6 months — not annually. Reviews are based on demonstrated capability, reliability, accuracy, and contribution. If you're performing above your level, your salary reflects it.
Progression is tied to what you can actually do, not just time served. The clearer your capability, the faster your career and compensation can advance.
Career Progression
A Clear Path Forward
Everglow's five-level career framework maps exactly what's expected at each stage — and what you'll earn when you get there. Progression is performance-based, with 6-monthly salary reviews.
Career Pathway
From Associate to Senior Paraplanner
Each level is unlocked by demonstrating real capability — not simply waiting out time. With 6-monthly reviews, high performers can move through levels faster than at most firms. The pathway is designed to take you from structured support work all the way to complex advice, mentoring, and systems leadership.
Training & Development
Built to Help You Grow
Structured Learning
The team receives monthly training through TaxBanter — one of Australia's leading tax and accounting training providers. You'll also receive regular technical updates through CCH, keeping your knowledge current across legislation, compliance, and financial planning practice.
Full onboarding and system training is provided for Dash CRM and internal workflows. You won't be thrown in at the deep end.
Broader Exposure
Beyond the financial planning team, you'll gain exposure to accounting, tax, medical practice management, and AI systems projects across the wider Everglow group. This kind of multidisciplinary breadth is rare at this career stage — and genuinely valuable for long-term professional development.
Whether your goal is paraplanning, advisory support, or a broader professional services career, this environment provides a strong foundation.
